Neolith is calling on all workshop professionals and stonemasons to share their very best work, using Neolith, for its third annual ‘Neolith Top Fabricators’ competition.

The award will highlight the difficulty and immense technical complexity which fabricators face when working on highly-specific projects and celebrate their consistency and attention to detail.

The international competition is open to all workshops and stone workers who have carried out complex work using Neolith between 2015-2018. Entries can be submitted until 11th November 2018, with the winner announced on 20th December 2018.

The award is being judged by a prestigious jury of industry experts, including celebrated architect Octavi Mestre, renowned interior designer Virginia Sánchez and Walter-Mariotti, editorial director of the magazine Domus. Participants will be required to submit a concise description of their project and a selection of the most striking images they have to bring the building (or interior) to life.

Entries will be assessed on the originality of the project, encompassing levels of creativity involved in the design, technical complexity and degrees of environmental sensitivity and conscience.

The victorious project will receive travel, accommodation and entry to the next edition of Salone Del Mobile Milan, Italy, one of the world’s leading design expos.

With a value of €5,000, the prize includes two flights, accommodation for two people at a 4* or higher hotel and two tickets to the show. Additionally, the winner will receive promotion of their project through Neolith’s PR, marketing and social media channels.
