NEW CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER AT AXMINSTER CARPETS

Axminster Carpets has promoted Charlie Darke to the position of Customer Services Manager at its Devon headquarters.

Increasing demand for its ranges from both consumers and businesses means that the customer services team is integral to the selection, purchase, delivery and after sales experience. The customer service team is the main contact point when orders are placed to ensure that stockists are informed every step of their purchase.

Charlie has been with the company since 2008 and has worked in all areas of the customer services team, including the bespoke area and more latterly as deputy team leader.

With extensive customer and product knowledge, Charlie’s role is to make sure that her team gives the best customer service to stockists to ensure that they have the latest information and are kept fully up to date on the status of their orders and acting as a conduit between the stockist and the Axminster production team.

The full customer service team is Pat Lenn, Gabi Littley, Daniella Da Silva, Joshua Riley, Hayley Bridge and Emily Herrod.
