Tile and bathroom specialist Real Stone & Tile has undertaken a significant investment in its Cheadle, Greater Manchester, showroom to enhance the customer experience.

A five-figure sum has been spent developing nine new room displays, including five product displays, offering customers a more immersive experience. As well as updating the interior of the showroom, the store has also upgraded the shop frontage, providing a new sophisticated exterior.                                   

The investment also includes the recruitment of a new team member, Simone Hunter, who will be on hand to offer customers her extensive knowledge, gathered over ten years working in the industry.    

Co-director of Real Stone & Tile, Leigh Price, explained: “We want to provide our loyal customer base with the highest quality service and, by investing in our displays and our expert team, we are able to do just that.

“After 20 years in the industry, we believe that our customers are happiest when they can see the displays in front of them, and really get a feel for how the product will look in their homes, whilst having an expert on hand to answer all their queries and questions.”

Due to the retailer’s impressive expansion, designer bathroom brand Bagno has chosen Real Stone & Tile as its flagship store in the North West.

Real Stone & Tile’s showroom is located on Unit 4B of the Stanley Green Trading Estate in Cheadle.
