TOPPS TILES TO REWARD CUSTOMERS WITH NEW RANGE OF TRADER INITIATIVES

Tile specialist Topps Tiles has launched its latest range of trader initiatives, available for all their registered trade customers.

Tile specialist Topps Tiles has launched its latest range of trader initiatives, available for all their registered trade customers.

With the introduction of its latest collection of benefits, traders can now take advantage of a variety of rewards, from free coffee in-store to 200 new trade price reductions and discounts on a range of business insurances.

As part of the initiative, the company has introduced Trader Profiles, allowing members to set up a profile on the Topps Tiles website. Customers are then able to search for tilers in their local area, helping traders generate leads. The Rewards+ loyalty scheme, which allows traders to collect 200 points for every £50 spent in store, has also been expanded to include more products available for redeemed points, with 40 new items added to the list.

Traders currently have access to a wide range of benefits, including; competitive trade discounts, a comprehensive range of specialist products from all the leading brands, access to expert advice and quick and easy ways to purchase from Topps Tiles’ online or in one of its 355 stores across the UK.

What’s more, Topps Tiles will be launching its free newspaper, Trader Times, from March. Aimed exclusively at traders, the newspaper will be available in-store and will feature competitions, industry news and ‘fix me up’ sections giving instructions on how to lay product ranges.

Sian O’Neill, Head of Marketing and Online at Topps Tiles, commented: “At Topps Tiles, we meet hundreds of tradesmen every day in our stores and we understand how hard they work and the efforts they go to in order to get the job done to the highest standard.

“Our latest range of trader initiatives is our way of thanking our trade customers for their loyalty, but also to try and support their own commercial needs.”
