CERAMIQUE INTERNATIONALE EXPANDS CAR SHOWROOM PORTFOLIO

Tiles specialist Ceramique Internationale has completed another car showroom refurbishment, in partnership with Taylor Design.

The new Harrogate Audi showroom opened in June, with Ceramique Internationale supplying two ranges of tiles from Italian manufacturer, Marazzi. These included the 600x600 Technografite in the vehicle display area, as well as the 1200x200 Technogrey timber-effect tiles, which were placed in the customer area.

The timber-effect tiles were selected because of their close resemblance to the engineered wood previously used in other Audi showrooms. In contrast, the ceramic tiles offer the same look and finish, but are more hardwearing and durable, making them a more cost-effective long-term investment.

Cameron Fraser, Director of Ceramique Internationale, said: “We are very proud that a number of our tiles are on the approved list of some of the most prestigious car brands in the world. We’ve now had the opportunity to work closely with designers on some of the biggest showrooms in the country.

“Ultimately, the Marazzi tiles we provided to the Harrogate showroom will not only represent Audi’s high-quality brand, but their long-lasting properties will stand the test of time, saving Harrogate Audi money in the long-run.”

Ceramique Internationale employs 18 people, six of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years. Its Leeds warehouse holds 100,000 square metres of tiles in stock at any one time, comprising of hundreds of styles of floor and wall tiles, mosaics and associated products.
